Omega Lamplighters is an organization dedicated to helping young men from Mobile of high school age to develop their leadership skills to personally and professionally grow. This organization strives to produce active leaders and achievers in the community. Current members of Omega Lamplighters include standout athletes, school government leaders, band members, scholars, etc. The common bond between young men in the program is to strive towards GREATNESS.

Through club oriented activities, Omega Lamplighters participate in projects that will expose young men to the benefits of planning, organizing, thought collaboration, while simulating good leadership characteristics designed to raise their aspiration levels.
